Let your beloved Isbjörn garments continue their adventure with the next explorer. Our
clothes are made to withstand a tougher climate and be used again and again. Now you can
quickly and easily resell your pre-loved garments when they are no longer needed, so the next
adventurer can continue enjoying nature.
Easy Reselling
We have made it as easy as possible for you to resell your items!
Send your beloved Isbjörn items to us, and we will pay you with a gift card and ensure they
find a new home with another adventurer.
We will pay you 80% or 60% of the estimated resale price for each approved item as a gift card.
You will receive the gift card almost immediately, and you don’t need to wait
for the items to be sold. Easy, quick, and smooth.
Our resale partner is Ninyes, the first and only marketplace for used, responsibly made
clothing in the Nordics. At Ninyes, you will find a carefully curated selection of pre-loved
Isbjörn products.
You can also resell products from other responsible brands at the same time as Isbjörn. See

Within two weeks, you will receive an email
with your gift card.
Gift Card
For each item that is eligible for resale, we will pay you a compensation calculated from the
estimated resale price. The compensation is as follows:
• resale price of €10–80 → we pay you 60%
• resale price of over €80 → we pay you 80% on the value above €80
The compensation is paid as a gift card, which you will receive within two weeks of sending your items.
A handling fee of €2.80 per item and any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card
amount.
The gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

What can I resell?

Used Isbjörn clothing and accessories. The items should be in good condition, intact, and
clean, and must have an intact brand label. The new selling price for the items in our online
store must be at least SEK100/€10.
NO, THANK YOU!
Dirty, stained, torn, or damaged clothing. Products that are clearly faded, discolored, or
heavily worn. Clothing must not contain animal fur. Replica clothing or second-quality items
where the brand label has been cut in half.
