INSTUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMER  

( See instructions for Norway further down on the page)

It is not possible to cancel the order after you have completed the purchase in the webshop.

After receiving your package you can make a return, see instructions below.

We do not take any extra cost for the return but unfortunately we do not stand for the return cost/ shipping label.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE OF A PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a change. If you want to change a product, please make a return and then place a new order in the web shop. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product according to the payment method when we received the product.

  1. Place a new order on the website with the article you want.
  2. Fill in the return form for the product you wish to return.
  3. Place the return form into the package.
  4. Tape the package again and package it carefully.
  5. Send the parcel back to us from your nearest post office with your own shipping label.  

IMPORTANT!

Choose a service called EPG, Postnord Parcel. 

Do NOT SEND the parcel with service called UPU, then your return will be sent to a Collect Store/Post Office.

Pls also NOTE: We can NOT guarantee ANY REFUND if your parcel is sent with service "UPU".

If the parcel is sent with service "UPU/ Collect Store/Post Office" anyway, we will take a charge of 50 EURO.

All goods returned must be unused, wrapped and well packaged. Return items with all labels / tags in original packaging and package the item so that the item is not damaged. Do not tape or paste anything directly on the original product packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the opportunity to return your item within 30 days. Follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the return form for the product you wish to return.
  2. Put the return note in the package.
  3. Tape the package again and package it carefully.
  4. Send the parcel back to us from your nearest post office with your own shipping label.  

IMPORTANT! Ask your freight forwarder what service you need to send the parcel, you need to choose a service sending to a company.
Delivery to door. Do not send the parcel with service "collect parcels from the post office".

You can return the package after you receive it, see instructions below.

The return cost is 99 NOK. Shipping label included. It is not possible to cancel the order after completing your purchase in the online store.

  3. Tape the package again and pack it well.
  4. Glue on the enclosed shipping label and deliver the package to your post office.
  5. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product according to the payment method once we have received the product.
